Helping kids and adults bounce back

What do a trampoline, a sewing machine and a tent have in common? The answer is that they were all donated to Crossroads and became part of our latest shipment to youth and community development projects in Tajikistan. 

A recent email from the youth project’s Directors summed up the impact of the goods wonderfully: 

“It's just so amazing watching the young kids run from table tennis to the trampoline and then to the billiard table! They have never had the opportunity to enjoy such special leisure equipment. Their faces just beam as they laugh and enjoy themselves. Constantly they call out to me and the other leaders to join them and play with them. I myself just can't believe that such simple things can bring so much pleasure to a child's life.”
